Following the success of the viral one meter seafood board and sea water infused Negroni at Fish and Bubbles Notting Hill, Peppe and Angelo Corsaro, the brothers behind Stanley Tucci’s favorite La mia Mamma, are ready to sail for a new adventure in Fulham with a grown up restaurant-experience upgrade.
Fish and Bubbles Fulham, opening on November 8th with a 50% off food soft opening offer, willcraft the perfect Italian seafood experience with a fine selection of fish based recipes including
raw fish starters, Southern Italian seafood pasta and grilled mains from the Josper charcoal oven. The legacy of the Notting Hill spot will be honored by boasting an aperitif section in a more dynamic set up with coastal fish street food, panini di mare and fish boards.
The new addition to Fulham’s vibrant food scene will not only promise to challenge the palate with creative pairings by highlighting the premium ingredients, but all eyes will be on the show stopper 2 meter fish display showcasing, among the others, the freshest oysters, swordfish, tuna and the best selection from the Mediterranean Sea. From the sea to the table, literally.
To complete the experience, Peppe and Angelo have included their favorite 30 Italian regional bottles, with a big focus on bubbles, together with a selection of wines by the glass and an array of signature Negroni, including the Notting Hill’s star: Panarea Negroni infused with sea water.
Hidden from prying eyes, a vineyard inspired room is offered for private parties featuring a family style table set under an indoor lush pergola covered in vines and grapes.
